Sorry for the late reply! I don't actually use any programs (aside from Notepad) if you mean like Dreamweaver or anything like that. I type the coding myself unless I'm tweaking an existing code like the quick and dirty muselist thing I put up back in the December exodus! And then I post it on DW and see how it looks.
